Guided 1:1 pathways for returning to yourself

There isn’t just one way we struggle—and there isn’t one way back.

You might feel:

​

  • wired, overwhelmed, or unable to settle

  • heavy, disconnected, or low on energy

  • like you’re carrying something that’s changed you

  • scattered, inconsistent, or unable to follow through

​

Or maybe you’ve tried what’s out there—
and while some of it helped, it didn’t quite stick.

This work is different.

​

Instead of pushing for change,
we work with your nervous system and your lived experience.

Through movement, breath, and awareness,
we begin to shift the way you relate to what’s here—
so that over time, you’re not "fixing" your experience.
You’re actually responding differently in your body, your thoughts, and your day-to-day life.

Anxiety: The Path of Steadiness

For when your system feels wired, overwhelmed, or hard to settle, and your mind won’t seem to slow down.
Together, we work to regulate your nervous system and create more space between what you feel and how you respond. Steadiness becomes something tangible and accessible.

Grief: The Path of Holding

For when you’re carrying loss and need space to feel what’s here without being rushed or alone in it.
This path supports you in allowing, expressing, and staying in relationship with your grief—while building the capacity to be held within it.

Depression: The Path of Reconnection

For when things feel heavy, distant, or difficult to engage with, and even small things feel like a lot.
We focus on gently rebuilding connection—through small, consistent moments that help restore energy, presence, and a sense of stepping back into your life.

ADHD: The Path of Rhythm

For when your mind feels scattered, inconsistent, or hard to follow through with, no matter how much you try.
We work with your patterns to create simple, supportive structures and rhythms—so focus, follow-through, and self-trust become more accessible.

What's Included

Inside each path, you’ll receive:

  • 6 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions

  • Personalized practices to support you between sessions

  • Simple, grounded tools you can use in real time

  • Gentle accountability to help you stay consistent

  • Access to the digital studio for continued support
    ​

Investment & Options

Each path is a 6-week 1:1 experience designed to support meaningful, lasting change.

You're welcome to start with a single session, or step fully into your chosen path.

​

The Resilience Paths Payment Plans:

  • Pay in full: $840 at booking

  • 2 payments of $420 (second payment one month later)

  • 3 payments of $280 (biweekly)

​

Optional Intro Session: $70

A place to begin.

​

This session gives you a chance to experience the work, explore what’s been feeling present, and find a starting point that feels supportive.

​

If you choose to continue into a 6-week path, this session will be applied toward your total.

This work is designed as supportive, body-based guidance, and is not a substitute for therapy or clinical care.

You’re always encouraged to seek additional support if that feels needed.
